Besides all the fun and food, we are cruising to thank you for being the best part of Windom World Wide Travel and to support the Wealthy Winning Warrior in the War Against Cancer. As they encourage and support the individuals in the battle against cancer, they need funds. This cruise will help with support their programs. Get The Ingredients
Food is a secret weapon in this war against cancer. Eating healthy is a must. Chef Kim Baltimore will show us a healthy delish dish. The best part is you can cook it with her. Go shopping and have your food items and cooking tools ready. She makes cooking look like fun.
Your grocery list:
Kimchi Cauliflower Fried Rice
1 cup chopped kimchi
1 cup uncooked cauliflower rice
Make it fresh from a head of cauliflower prior to the session,
or buy prepared cauliflower rice
1 bunch chopped asparagus (optional)
1 package firm tofu (optional)
1/2 tsp veggie bouillon
1/2 tsp lite soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped ginger
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2-1 one small onion
2 chopped garlic gloves or 1 tbsp minced.
1 chopped carrot
1/2 red and 1/2 orange pepper
Korean flakes*
Gochujang (fermented Chile sauce)**
*You can substitute the Korean flakes with Chile flakes, crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper
**You can substitute Gochujang with Sriracha, miso sauce, or a Chile garlic sauce...any of these can do.
Now get your cooking tools together:
Skillet or Wok
Stirring utensils like spoons
Cutting board
Knives to chop veggies
Bowls
